For Handwriting engraving orders, please write your message clearly, in black ink on a white unlined paper, take a clear/focussed photo and attach to the ETSY conversation after placing the order.
The message engraving can also be done in normal text if you prefer. We can also engrave logos.

3. If you add a SECOND ITEM from our shop to your order- (briefcase / backpack / handbag), we will send you a matching cardholder for FREE.

No Quibble Returns Policy!

We love what we do and the products we create and we want you to feel the same about your new purchase. So in case it was not a love at first sight, do not worry, simply notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and send it back to us in an unused condition and we will offer a refund or exchange whichever you prefer. Postage in the event of returns are to be paid by the buyer.
